The start of 2023 has seen lots of winter weather in our corner of Colorado. In some cases the in person schools have had to close. One of the benefits of online schooling is less disruption in the learning environment based on weather conditions. The Southwest Colorado eSchool will close its learning center when the Durango School District calls a snow day. This is for the safety of our staff and students that would be traveling to the learning center. eSchool supports and staff are still available remotely during these “snow days”. The school will try and post these learning center closures on our website when they occur.
