Mars Rover Blog #6: By Slader

Hello everyone! I'm very sorry that I haven't been posting blogs lately. There is not really an excuse for that, but I will post this one and then I will post one more the week before the end of school! Now let’s get into it.

Not many things have been happening lately with the Mars rover Perseverance. So, instead, I will talk about what exciting things will be happening in the sky during this month.

First of all on Wednesday this week we will be able to see Mercury clearly.

Something else cool that is happening is on Thursday this week we will be able to see the Eta Aquarid meteor shower at its peak!

On Thursday, May 11th there will be a new moon! On Wednesday, May 19th there will be the first quarter of the moon. And, finally, on May 26th there will be a “Full Milk Super moon.”

Thank you for reading this week’s space blog! As I said at the beginning I will be posting a blog the week before the last week for my last blog of the year. Thanks again to whoever reads these!
